Divination is an independent feature film produced in the pacific northwest. Armed with a professional cast and crew, it drew in the best talent in the region. Filmed over a 4 week period, it was the perfect blend of guerrilla filmmaking and high production value. The greatest strength behind Divination isn't the spectacle, it's the story.

Jason has been seeing strange things his entire life. His daily life includes seeing creatures and having vivid nightmares. These creatures seem to hate him, his entire life has been in a state of fear. The visions and dreams are becoming more vivid and violent. His wife, Jessica, used to engage in ancient spiritual practices. Hoping they will aid Jason, she returns to those old ways. What is Jason seeing? Are they real? What do they want?

Ben has been in professional production for over a decade. After several years at a commercial production company in Seattle he founded Bad Pixel. Specializing in VFX and Motion Graphics. Writing the script for Divination took over a year, inspired by personal events in his life and family. |

Karen is a Seattle based video editor with a passion for story. Over the course of her career she's edited everything from documentaries to nationally broadcasted Superbowl commercials. Over a decade of experience, and rewarded by new challenges, a true storyteller. |

D'angelo Midili – Jason
D'Angelo Has been an active member of the acting community in Seattle for over six years. He first wanted to be an actor after seeing "What's Eating Gilbert Grape". It was the first time he'd ever seen a "heart throb" create and BECOME a character. So with pockets full of moths and dust bunnies he decided to just audition for stuff rather than go to an acting academy. Now after six years he's busier than ever and appearing in lead roles with the best of them. He loves his craft. |

Natahsa Sims – Jessica
When her family moved to Dallas, Texas, Natasha became involved in the theatre. On stage she came to life, transforming herself into her characters and solidifying her passion for storytelling. Relocating to Seattle, Washington, she attended the Evergreen State College and earned her BA in Theatre Arts. Her storytelling journey continues in Seattle both through the stage and the screen. Being an actor allows Natasha to see the world anew through the eyes of each of her characters. Each role helps her to grow and understand life from all its different angles. She hopes that the impact her characters have on her can change others as well. |

Lisa Coronado – Dee
Lisa Coronado began her acting career at the age of 16 when she starred in a play called,"I Never Saw Another Butterfly." The play was such a success that the group was asked to travel all around Western Washington to perform it. Since then, she has acted in several films including “Cosmic Ray”, “Rose Red”, “Timetravel_0”, “Morella”, “Dominance” and “Currency”. Since then she has written a feature film titled "The Orpheum", developed a television series title '"The Divine Marigolds", and started her own production company, Corwood Productions. Lisa has a degree in literature and retains a passion for old historic homes. When asked why she got into acting and the film industry, she says that "The chance to breathe life into a character on paper is incredibly alluring and in turn completely rewarding. Acting gives me the chance to see life through another's eyes and enrich my own existence." |

James Grixoni – Daniel
James Grixoni is honored to be a part of the “Divination” family. Since the age of eight he has wanted to be on the silver screen doing what he loves best. James started acting at Arts West theatre in his home town of West Seattle and quickly moved to more professional theatres. He performed the title character in Book-It Theatres production of Peter-Pan. After the run of Peter-Pan he then went to London to study theatre for a minimal time before returning home to pursue a career in film. Since Divination, James has been Tobey Maguire’s stand-in in the production of “The Details” and has worked the past year in numerous independent film projects. |

Ben Andrews – Ben
Ben Andrews is rapidly becoming one of the most versatile actors working in Seattle today. He has accomplished critical acclaim both on stage and on film, having played pivotal roles in several local short and feature films as well as commercials. He made his solo directing debut on the short, The Sheets Must Be Silk, premiering in 2010. He also co-directed the Star Trek: Phoenix vignette, Fractured Logic. Some of his more noteworthy acting roles include the short films Sacreligion, Nowhere Man (Audience Choice Award in the Washougal International Film Festival), and the features Divination, Keep Your Day Job Superstar, Dominance, Son of Terror and Ordinary Angels. As a Producer, he is currently involved in several independent film projects, including Star Trek: Phoenix and the vampire thriller Bloodletter – which he wrote. He is also co-executive producer and co-writer of the Star Trek: Phoenix pilot Cloak & Dagger.
